Absence & Timesheet Merge Parameters

This window allows users to run both Absence and Timesheet Merge to obtain a more accurate payroll calculation.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Fields that are marked with red asterisks (*) are mandatory.

Field Information

ClosedMerge General Data

Indicate whether data will be merged or not. This defaults to data being merged.

ClosedMerge Absence Data

Indicate whether absence data will be merged or not. This defaults to data being merged.

ClosedAppend/ Replace Existing Data

Indicate whether data will be appended 'A' or replaced 'R'. This defaults to 'A'.

ClosedCreate Code when not attached

Indicate whether codes not attached are to be created or not. This defaults to not creating codes.

ClosedMerge Data for Prior Period Leave

Indicate whether data will be merged or not for prior period leavers. This defaults to data not being merged.

ClosedMerge Data for Current Period Leave

Indicate whether data will be merged or not for current period leavers. This defaults to data not being merged.

ClosedHold Back Data for Employees on Holiday

Indicate whether data will be held back for employees on holiday or not. This defaults to data not being held back.

ClosedMerge Sequence Number

Identify the sequence of the merge.

ClosedPeriods Data Retained

Indicate the number of periods of data to be retained.

ClosedIFS Path

Indicate the path in IFS for the merge.
